# Terms of Use

Telega App provides a client interface to add your own key or a compatible subscription link and connect to the server it specifies. Telega Panel is a separate self-hosted panel based on 3x-ui. Use requires a compatible configuration, network access and the server owner's authorization.

You are responsible for using the server lawfully, safeguarding your key and selecting a trusted provider. The server operator sets its own rules, access periods and limits. The app does not administer third-party servers or payments.
