Before Contacting Support

<br>

Check the following items first:

<br>

\- The JamanWG panel URL is correct and reachable

\- The API token is valid and has not been revoked

\- The selected client profile exists in the JamanWG panel

\- The WireGuard or AmneziaWG keys were generated correctly

\- Endpoint, DNS, MTU, Allowed IPs, and keepalive values are valid

\- iOS or macOS VPN permission was approved in system settings

\- The device has internet access before starting the tunnel

<br>

Common Issues

<br>

Panel does not load profiles:

<br>

Verify the panel URL, API token, and server certificate. If the panel is behind a firewall, allow requests from the device.

<br>

VPN does not connect:

<br>

Check the generated client configuration in the JamanWG panel. Make sure the endpoint is reachable and the server-side WireGuard or AmneziaWG interface is running.

<br>

Configuration changed but the app still shows old data:

<br>

Refresh the panel in HayVon or remove and add the panel again.

HayVon does not operate public VPN servers and cannot recover tokens or configurations from a user's private server. The panel owner controls all server-side keys, tokens, and client profiles.
